Moore Technology began producing small volumes of parts in-house
in 2004 to better serve our customers, which allowed us to increase quality control, decrease development time, and
reduce costs to our customers.
We specialize in low volume runs of precision machined components, parts
and prototypes
in most plastics, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. Production
run volumes from 25 to 500 components,
which we manufacture at our Indianapolis location,
are a priority, not an after-thought at Moore Technology.

2-Eight-Axis turning centers with 1/4” to 1” through spindle capacity.
-
2.5 degree indexing that allows cross-hole drilling, off-center face drilling, milling of flats, squares, hexes, slots, mitered angles etc.

Back working sub-spindle that allows completion of several complex parts in one operation eliminating (in many cases) alignment issues.

Sliding guide bushing that allows turning of small diameter parts up to 5” length with greater accuracy.

Other Equipment includes:
- 3-Mazak Turning Centers capable of bar stock feeds from 5/16” to 2 5/8” through spindle capacity.
- 1-CNC Vertical Milling Machine for small capacity with 12K rpm spindle, with CNC controlled index head.
- 1-CNC Vertical Milling Machine for small capacity with 8K rpm CNC controlled index head.
We are competitive with quantities of 25-2500 pcs.
