Automotive and Commercial - with over 20 years
experience molding precision tight tolerance components, this division offers machining, assembly and test services to customers in North America, Asia and Europe.
Specific niche products related to the Automotive Industry include:
- Fuel system components
- Thermoplastic elastomers
- Lens molding
- Tooling - State of the Art facility for creating molds for plastic injection molding and die casting. This division also
machines tight tolerance metal and plastic components, and is located right next to the plastic molding facility.
Engineering Services
In addition to manufacturing capabilities, we offer a wide range of Engineering Services. These services help
reduce time to market and add value to final molded products.
Our engineering services include:
- Free quotations from customer supplied prints or CAD data
- Participation in DFM / DFA to improve part design and reduce production costs
